Here’s the set-up:

“A friend of mine gave me this book and it was such a great story I finished it in one night! I like science fiction but I wouldn’t consider myself a hardcore sci-fi fan, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. But the story is so engaging that I really think fans of all types of books will like it. The author really creates a fascinating world and characters that you care about and want to follow along with right away. Also the concept was really different and creative!
