““Lost Shadows” by Nathan J, Gregory is a debut novel with much promise for a sequel. The characters were unforgettable and engaging along with a unique plot and storyline. A read for young adults and adults alike; a clean and fun read with great imagination. A near future dystopia where the characters have magical/elemental powers that have to be self discovered and honed to realize and understand how they are to be used. Some will choose the side of good, while some choose the side of evil. Easily a stand alone read, but there is that possibility for a continuing story.
