“Completely locked me in. I never put it down, except to look up some of the more esoteric terms. Great plot with many new ideas that were fascinating. I enjoyed it tremendously and I’ve already preordered the next book in the series.” – Amazon Five Star Review

Here’s the set-up:

From New York Times & USA Today bestselling author Dima Zales, an intense new techno-thriller that pushes the limits of what it means to be human.

With billions in the bank and my own venture capital firm, I’m living the American dream. My only problem? A car accident that leaves my mother with memory problems.

Brainocytes, a new technology that can transform our brains, could be the answer to all of my problems—but I’m not the only one who sees its potential.

Plunged into a criminal underworld darker than anything I could’ve imagined, my life-saving technology might be the death of me.

My name is Mike Cohen, and this is how I became more than human.

Please note: This book was formerly titled Human++.

I found Human ++ to be an amazing book. There were twists and turns all over the place, but at no point did the reader get lost. The story line followed a path that led the reader to a fork in the road, and when you thought it would go left, the story took a hard right and some new bit of information jumped out as if to say ‘Ha! You thought you knew what was gonna happen!’ Other than the twists and turns, the character development was impeccable. I instantly fell in love with Ada, and if I’m honest, the rats as well. Mr. Spock became my favorite character in a matter of seconds, and that was all based on the amazing writing. The relationship between the characters was well written as well and you could see that each person had their own individual identity which is sometimes lost in stories. What I found most interesting, though, was all the tech talk. I’m not a tech person and never will be, but I never felt like I was lost. I was able to keep up with what was going on and never felt like an idiot. I really enjoyed that because I am an avid reader and have read tech books before that made me feel like an idiot so I never finished them. Not only did I finish Human ++, but I will read the others in this series as well.” – Amazon Five Star Review
