Here’s the set-up:
Hilary Franklin was born with the drive to be successful at whatever she takes on. Never in her wildest dreams would she have envisioned the rocky path she ended up taking or how challenging it would be. Collective moments in our lives shape and mold us into the person we become. For Hilary the past 10 years have held many of those moments, but none so much as the inner turmoil she is battling with her own morals and the corporate world she is immersed in.
Suiting up and being the only one in the room in a skirt is nothing new for the “Bat Woman” but deciding to stand up for what is right this time could be the end to her future that she has invested so much of herself and sacrificed so much for. Gabriel Stanopolis may have a word or two to say about the decisions she makes one way or another.
Will she be strong enough to make the right choice for herself or will she bound by golden handcuffs and cave to appease the new powers that be? Love is a stumbling block she can’t afford to let stand in her way.
Will desires of the heart be set aside while she takes care of business?

About the author:
Wife and mother of three daughters and one son, life is never dull. I fell in love with the written word as a young girl. My enchantment with the act of falling in love was cemented after reading Pride and Prejudice in the 10th grade.
I love being able to crawl inside a book as if I am a bystander watching it all unfold live. Now that’s a good book!My desire is to share my fictional friends with you so that they become your friends too! When you read my books, if you don’t end it by saying “Best Imaginary Friends EVER!” then I haven’t done what I set out to do.
