An article running on Slate today features the Duolingo language learning app, and while the article is focused primarily on the Apple version of the app, Duolingo is also available in the Amazon App Store! This app would make a perfect practice companion for a student who’s taking a foreign language in school, or for any adults who want to learn a new language or brush up some rusty skills.
Duolingo includes the option to take lessons in German, Spanish, French, Italian or Portugese, and it also includes options for native speakers of those languages to learn English as well.
