October is when Simpsons fans look forward to seeing all the re-runs of past Treehouse of Horror episodes in syndication, but the networks don’t seem to be running very many of them this year. Luckily, Treehouse of Horror Collections 1-3 are available in Amazon’s Instant Video Store, for purchase in sets or by the individual episode.
Note: while these programs are animated and feature the same Simpsons characters we all know and love, the special Halloween-themed episodes are always a little darker, edgier and scarier than anything that appears on the regular episodes, so they’re all rated TV-PG.
