In this case, we’ve done a search for Amazon Instant Videos Rated 4/5 Stars Or Higher To Own For $6.98-6.99. Today we’re featuring some picks from the list that are especially well-suited to the season, but there’s plenty more available at this price point, such as Stargate, The Hunt For Red October, Nanny McPhee and The Queen, just to name a few!

In the town of Blithe Hollow, Norman Babcock is a boy who can speak to the dead, but no one besides his eccentric new friend, Neil, believes his ability is real.

One day, Norman’s estranged eccentric uncle tells him of an important annual ritual he must take up to protect the town from a curse cast by a witch it condemned centuries ago.

Eventually, Norman decides to cooperate, but things don’t go according to plan. Now, a magic storm of the witch threatens Blithe Hollow as the accursed dead rise. Together with unexpected new companions, Norman struggles to save his town, only to discover the horrific truth of the curse.

With that insight, Norman must resolve the crisis for good as only he can.

After the head of a Hessian horseman is stolen, the horseman returns from hell to take the heads of the people of Sleepy Hallow until its own is returned.

Constable Ichabod Crane is called in to investigate three murders.

Through his investigation he learns of the legend of the Headless Horseman, but he doesn’t believe that the stories are true – until the horseman takes off the head of one of the elders right in front of his very eyes.

Now he must race to find out the origins of the horseman in order to send him back to his grave for good. But the question remains…if the head was stolen once, how safe is it?

Recently orphaned Luke Eveshim spends a holiday in a hotel with his grandmother Helga, who taught him a lot about witches.

They find it’s a cover for a witches covenant, where the international Grand High Witch Eva Ernst instructs the ‘soft’ Englsh witches how to dispose of all children.

They are discovered, even transformed into rodents, yet escape, and must stop the evil plan at all costs.

A young lawyer, struggling with work after the death of his wife, is sent to a remote village to settle the estate of a deceased eccentric woman who owns an English manor.

The village residents want him to leave as they are trying to conceal a deadly secret.

But he refuses, and soon discovers that the house of his client is haunted by the vengeful ghost of a woman dressed in black.

Beetlejuice (PG, 4.5/5 stars)

This is the story of Adam and Barbara, who live in a beautiful house in New England.

One day while driving home they are involved in a terrible auto accident. They manage to walk home only to discover later that they have died and now haunt their house.

When their house is purchased by an out of state family, they feel their home is threatened by the over-the-top artist wife and real-estate idea-man husband. Their only relief is the Gothic daughter of the family.

Their attempts at scaring the family out of the house are ignored or laughed at. Finally they fall to the temptation to use the people-exorcist Beetle Juice. When they find his tactics too dangerous, they attempt to contain him and save the family they were trying to boot.

Financial troubles force a recent divorcee and her teenage sons Mike and Sam to settle down with her father in the California town of Santa Carla.

At first, Sam laughs off rumours he hears about vampires who inhabit the small town.

But after Mike meets a beautiful girl at the local amusement park, he begins to exhibit the classic signs of vampirism.

Fearing for his own safety, Sam recruits two young vampire hunters to save his brother by finding and destroying the head vampire.
